Restrictions
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 pet deposit for each pet under 50 lbs ($150 non-refundable) There is a $400 pet deposit for each pet over 50 lbs ($200 non-refundable). Pet rent is $25 per month. Breed Restrictions do apply. If you own a service animal a deposit is not required but proof of the service animal's title or need is required. Please call our Leasing Office for our pet policy.
